This option enables to you stops displaying once seen widget to the visitor for the selected time duration. It will not show the same widget.
E.g.
A visitor visits your site's home page & sees the discount widget & you don't want to display it repeatedly on any pages for a specific time duration.
In this case, the "Skip Seen Widget" option works for you.
